This is a VERY tasty and heavy loaf of Spice Bread. The Recipe calls for a heavy commercial bread loaf pan. The reason is that the heavy pan will create a nice crunchy crust on the exterior. If you don't care for crunchy. you can substitute a regular lightweight loaf pan instead, but be very watchful of the cooking time & adjust it accordingly.
