Japanese Teriyaki Sauce, in use extensively throughout the entire world. The word
loosely translates to "glossy broil" and is synonymous with a bold, tangy flavor that is
beloved the world over. Teriyaki sauce can be used as a Marinade, Basting Agent, or
Dipping Sauce. It's a versatile tool in the kitchen, elevating the flavor of Stir-Fries,
Steaks, Chicken and Seafood dishes. It's easy to throw together with just a few
common pantry ingredients and packs a delicious, tangy punch. Altering this recipe to
cook in a Pressure Cooker will reduce the overall cooking time to 2 hours instead of 4

To alter this Oven Baked Recipe into a Pressure Cooker Recipe is simple: Set the
pressure cooker on the Brown, Fry, Sauté or Sear setting, add in the Oil & heat until it
shimmers, Brown the Salt & Pepper Seasoned Meat on all sides. Turn off the pressure
cooker and remove the Meat. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Add a cooking grid in
the bottom of the pressure cooker to prevent burning. Seal the pressure cooker & cook
on high pressure for 1 hour. When the pressure cooker turns off, quick release the
pressure, wait 5 minutes, remove the lid and serve while hot.
